Return Policy

Bummer!! We hope that you love all your purchases from Whiskey Roots but understand you may need to exchange a size or make a return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

All Hats

Sale Items  

Custom Items (this includes custom hats)

Accessories (keychains, stickers, pins, buttons)

Items worn, washed, odors, or makeup stains. 

Online purchases of apparel (t-shirts and sweatshirts) are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order or free size exchange. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return or size exchange. 

Hats (both custom or non-custom), keychains, stickers, beanies, buttons and pins are not eligible for returns.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We offer size exchanges on t-shirts and sweatshirts only. If you would like to do a size exchange, please email hello@whiskeyrootsnashville.com and subject your email "Size Exchange" and we will email you back with confirmation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return/exchange. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you (if returning).

Damaged Items

We hope this never happens!! Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order being delivered. Please email us at hello@whiskeyrootsnashville.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nothing makes us more angry and we sincerely hope this never happens to you!! However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If your package is lost while in transit, you must file a claim with the post office or call your local post office for information on the package. We cannot refund or re-send stolen packages or products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a safe location and/or track the package and submit claim if needed. 

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. 

Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. 

Please note that Whiskey Roots does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Whiskey Roots cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, postal delays, etc.

We currently do not ship internationally and only ship within the United States of America.
